2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have introduced the informant with co-accused Sandip Kumar, Rupesh and Avinash Kumar.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither vendor nor vendee and has not received a single farthing in the aforesaid transaction. He is not even witness in the agreement to sell.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Patna in Rajiv Nagar Police Station Case No. 207 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
