The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 436, 427, 379 and 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner caused injury with sword on the head of Ajay Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two lacerated injuries simple in nature has been found which is controverted to the accusation that the petitioner made assault with sword. There is counter version of the occurrence and there is third version of the police. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5577 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
