The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Raj Kumar Paswan and others including the petitioners assaulted his father and they concealed the dead body. Aklu Paswan saw the occurrence.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 24.05.2015 and the FIR was lodged on 31.05.2015. It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted the father of the informant and after killing concealed his dead body. The dead body was also recovered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12344 of 2016 (3) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 in the field of petitioner no. 1 Vijay Paswan @ Nunu Paswan. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
