2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 747 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 467, 468, 472, 473, 386, 387, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have acted as a witness in a fraudulent land transaction.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2026.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
