That it is submitted that against aforesaid orders petitioner filed instant writ petition before this Hon'ble Court, and this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 03.03.2017 was pleased to stay and issued notices to this respondent.

7. That it is submitted that the case was again taken up on hearing on 17.05.2017, and it was found that on 07.03.2017 report was filed before Tribunal, and now the case will be decided on merits.
