JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 At the very outset, Sri Gagandeo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this petition, petitioner no.2, namely, Ram Bihari Yadav @ Bihari Yadav died and, as such, the petition stands abated in respect of petitioner no.2.

After some argument, Sri Gagandeo Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points, which have been taken in the present petition, before the court below at the appropriate stage.
