The reasons for non-appointment of the petitioner under the head of compassionate appointment have been clearly indicated in Annexure-9.
Compassionate appointment is not a methodology for grant of appointment to unemployed children of government servant. Death of father of the petitioner happened in the year 1999. Mother is already a government servant. The reasons for rejection are cogent and valid.
Writ application is dismissed, accordingly.
