The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Raniganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the chairman of the Hasanpur PACS which is supposed to have been entrusted for milling the paddy by the Bihar State Food Corporation. It is alleged that there was discrepancies in the accounts and rice returned after milling the paddy.
Shri N. K. Agrawal, Sr. Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it is a matter of accounting and there are serious disputes.

No.13332 of 2016 (3) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
