JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 The only grievance left in the present case is with regard to payment of 12.5% compound interest on the remaining amount of group insurance till the date of payment and payment of leave encashment in lieu of 24 days of additional earned leave.

This Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition inasmuch as major portion of the post retirement benefits have already been paid to the petitioner, however, with a direction to the Finance Officer of the L.N.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4190 of 2018(15) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 Mithila University, Darbhanga to ensure that the aforesaid two issues pertaining to the petitioner are resolved and a final decision is taken within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
