NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Magadh University, Boddh Gaya (here-in-after referred to as, 'the University').

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University wherein in paragraphs 3 to 8 it has been stated that pension has been revised and all other payments towards retiral benefits has been sent through Pension Payment Order No. 5061/17 to the concerned bank account of the petitioner at Central Bank of India, Gaya College, Gaya.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to ventilate any remaining grievance, if subsists, before the
