2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased had committed suicide and there is no external injury on the dead body of the deceased which is clear from the postmortem report. He further submits that the trial is being delayed and no witness has been examined after 07.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody, the post-mortem report and the delay in the trial, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
