JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 In view of the fact that the Commission has already invited the objection from the eligible candidates for the purpose of unfilled vacancy of 2614 out of 34540 post of Assistant Teacher, no direction is required to be issued in the present writ application. In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the Commission may consider the objection filed by the objector in accordance with law and prepare the select list for filling up the 2614 vacancies in accordance with law.
