This application has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 19 of 2001, which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the peremptory order, dated 15.01.2018, as against the heirs of respondent no. 7.

It has been stated that the said order, dated 15.01.2018, has, since, been complied with, but after lapse of the peremptory time. It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that the delay in complying with the peremptory order is bona fide.

Considering the above, this application is allowed and the connected case, being Second Appeal No. 19 of 2001 is restored to its original file.
