The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.11.2018 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 27 of the NDPS Act.

It is alleged that 30 grams of Ganja were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been framed in the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is also accused in three other cases, in which he is on bail.
