Patna High Court MJC No.52 of 2021(4) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 submitted, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case, more particularly paragraph no. 9 thereof, that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11446 of 2019, the re-encroachment made by the private respondents has again been removed by the Circle Officer, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 03.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 11446 of 2019, has stood complied with, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
