2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/376B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape upon three years old child. The petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2024.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.
