JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Special Case No. 13 of 2016 arising out of Khagaria P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 13(ii), 12(ii)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-1, it appears that petitioners have already submitted the required documents, for which No Objection Certificate has been issued. It is also

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 13 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
