The present application has been filed against the impugned order passed by the learned court below rejecting the prayer for review, as prayed, on behalf of the plaintiffs in Title Suit No. 113 of 1997.
After considering the submissions and from perusal of the impugned order, it is manifest that the learned court below has come to the conclusion that there is no ground for review of the order dated 02.08.2013 as there is no error or mistake apparent on the face of the record or any other sufficient reason for review. This Court has also been not persuaded to find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
