2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 lodged on 09.02.2024 under Section 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 27 named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they all in convenience with each other assaulted the one Manoj Yadav who was from informant side.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that from the F.I.R., it is very much clear that

Counsel further submits that on pity matter scuffling started between the petitioner and informant side and due to which informant became injured. Though allegation has been made that petitioner has caused injury by Bhala to Manoj Yadav but the said injury is simple in nature which is annexed as Annexure-2. Counsel further submits that both case and counter case has been filed from both the side i.e. Lakshmipur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 has been filed from the petitioner side and Lakshmipur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 has been filed by the informant side in which the petitioner is seeking bail. Counsel further submits that criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named by granted bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned District and Sessions Judge-III, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024
