JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture.

On joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but the report of the Mediator at flag-'X' dated 13.07.2015 reflects that the issue could not be resolved through the process of mediation.

Though, the informant is ready to resume the conjugal life but the petitioner is not ready to accept the same due to past conduct of the informant. The petitioner is ready to make payment of `2,000/- per months to the informant but at present informant is not ready to accept the offer of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9252 of 2015 (4) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 In the circumstance, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Masaurhi. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
