Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. It is alleged that form the betel shop of the petitioner different brands of foreign liquor were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the place of seizure is godown of the petitioner and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014, pending in
