2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 326, 307, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the husband of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and clean antecedent as well as period of custody i.e. more than three months, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
