JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 It is contended on behalf of the learned counsel for the Bank that the property has already been auction sold during the pendency of this application on 18.03.2015. It is further contended that the amount of Rs.13,00,000/- is still due against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the auction sale of the flat of the petitioner, he does not have any means to meet the demand of the debt of the Bank. In above view of the matter, though it will always be open to the petitioner to seek the remedy by moving before the competent authority which may be available to him under law, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to him to
