Roy 1, learned SC-13 along with Mr. U.K. Singh, learned AC to SC-13 for the respondent/s.
2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:
"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment the difference of retiral dues as gratuity, earn leave and arrears of pension from 01.07.2015 till date on the basis of pay scale Rs.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14813 of 2021(5) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 15,600-39,100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- which has been fixed on account of grant of ACP and MACP in compliance of order passed in Civil Appeal No. 516/2013 order dated 18.01.2013 (State of Bihar & Ors. v. Sunny Prakash & Ors.) as the petitioner has been paid his post retiral dues on lower pay scale and also payment of GIC and DDA @ 12.5% and 9% compound interest in view of judgment reported in 2006, Vol- IV, PLJR page 369 and Medical allowances as per Govt. notification since the University employees are also entitled to get the similar relief in view of statute.
(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petition shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1641 of 2025 (Narendra Kumar Verma vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and seeks to file detailed representation before appropriate authority in light of the same.

Considering the aforesaid information, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before concerned authority in light of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1641 of 2025 for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition and the authority concerned is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation expeditiously in accordance with law.
5. Till the representation is disposed of in light of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14813 of 2021(5) dt.04-08-2025 3/3 order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1641 of 2025, the pay slip issued by the Pay Verification Cell ('Annexure-C' to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 1 and 2), shall lose its operation.
6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any payment, the same is required to be paid and the amount, which has been recovered illegally, is required to be paid to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
7. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
