It has been averred in Mention Slip that in prayer portion of the petition, in place of Sri V. P. Modi, J. M.-Ist Class, Patna City, it has inadvertently been typed as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna" and due to the aforesaid reason, the same was typed in the order dated 18-02-2015.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition. Accordingly, the order dated 18-02-2015 is modified to the extent that the word "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna" mentioned in the order be read as "Sri V. P. Modi, J. M.-Ist Class, Patna City".
