A.B.P. No.372 of 2013 was filed in the court of the District & Sessions Judge, Camp Supaul, with a prayer for granting anticipatory bail which has been rejected through order dated 6.3.2014.

The allegation against the petitioners is referable to Sections 341, 423, 324, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Even from the perusal of the FIR, it is evident that no serious injury was caused. Hence, this application is allowed.

No.33153 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj PS Case No. 03/2011 dated 7.1.2011.
