JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,341,307,498A,494 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands and performing second marriage by the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. Though there is accusation of giving electric shock to the

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
