The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 353, 307, 427, 504 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the being SHO of Sahebganj Police Station went to liquor shop of Kamlesh Kumar when protest was being made and petitioner and others attacked on the police force and damaged the police vehicle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is against the mob and at the relevant date and time of occurrence the petitioner was at Delhi. Considering the accusation against the mob, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if

Case No. 142 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
