2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction to Command the respondents to pay the retiral benefits and other legitimate claims including monthly medical allowance alongwith 18% interest per annum from the due date of payment and also the Cost of this proceeding."

3. From the stand taken in the counter affidavit, it transpires that all admitted retiral benefits have been paid. However, with regard to pre-retiral dues, the stand is that within three months, the same shall also be paid. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the fact that admitted retiral benefits have been paid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the University shall pay the remaining dues of the petitioner, as per the stand taken in the counter affidavit. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- AFR/NAFR U
