JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and L.N. Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University indicating actual payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, he submitted that there is some error in the sanction of Earned Leave by the University for such he prays that liberty be given to approach the authorities concerned.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the Registrar of the University with regard to any error in sanction of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9777 of 2018 dt.29-08-2018 2/2 Earned Leave, which the petitioner feels has occurred in the calculation made by the authorities. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall get the matter looked into and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If anything further is required to be paid to the petitioner in terms of the order to be passed on his representation, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks from the date of passing of such order.
