Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 341, 447, 427, 506 of the IPC and under sections 25-1(b) a ,26, 35 and 27 of Arms Act.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons is alleged to have fired upon the informant and his brother.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that injury sustained by the injured have been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is not

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV th. Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 148/2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
