2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sour-Bazar P.S. Case No. 291 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 447, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to surrender before the district court in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No.291 of 2021 for grant of regular bail.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, I find it proper that if the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40493 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 surrenders before the district court and seeks regular bail, the district court may consider his prayer for grant of regular bail on the basis of the materials available on record and pass a reasoned order on the same day.
