Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bihariganj P. S. case no. 127/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Petitioner is a lady and no specific overt-act has been attributed against her. Moreover, injured sustained simple injury which is evident from perusal of annexure 2 to this petition. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj District Madhepura in Bihariganj P. S. case no. 127/2014 subject to condition as laid down
