The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.31 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-
