The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P. S. Case No.115 of 2013 registered under Sections 448, 323, 354, 376, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioners in the FIR that they tried to rape the daughters of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them prearrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
