The sole reason on which the writ application is dismissed is because the result of the examination was published on 14.06.2012. Thereafter waiting for a specified period, the OMR sheets have been destroyed by the authorities, which conducted the TET examination. The petitioner made a grievance of the same only on 16.10.2014 after probably verifying that no records are available either to rebut or accept the allegation so made.

The conduct of the petitioner prevents this Court from giving any Order in her favour for any kind of

Writ application stands dismissed.
