The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No.310 of 2015 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner fired causing bullet injury in the chest of the nephew of the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
