2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2428 of 2019.

3. As per the allegation, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2017. The accused persons tortured the victim for non-filfilment of the demand of dowry and they ousted her from her matrimonial house on 14.07.2019.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedents.

5. For exploring the possibility of resolution of the dispute between the parties through mediation process, the notice was sent to the victim, but she did not appear despite personal service of notice.

6. The petitioner wants resolution of the dispute through mediation process.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Maistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 2428 of 2019/Trial No. 2927 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
