Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Annexure14 of present writ application is properly covered by Judgment of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.6947 of 2005 dated 14.07.2008. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.6947 of 2005 which is affirmed in L.P.A. No.1311 of 2009 dated 07.01.2010 within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.5686 of 2016 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a production of a copy of this order.
