Brijnandan Motors Pvt. Ltd. relating to the commercial taxes contrary to the scheme of Section 47 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 and its rules; (ii) For directing the respondents to withdraw the Notice in Form N-XI bearing Memo No. 50 dt. 22.2.2019 issued to the Petitioner's maintain their savings
Patna High Court CWJC No.11463 of 2019(5) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 account by which the bank has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,89,52,613/- as tax due payable by the registered dealer M/s Brijnandan Motors Pvt. Ltd.
(iii) For directing the Indusind Bank, Patna City Branch, Patna to remove the lien and further remove the temporary blockage of the Savings Bank Accounts of the Petitioners bearing Account No.159005011982 and 259801669529 respectively, which has been done on the instruction of the respondent Joint Commissioner and for grant of such other relief/(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, for the same has become infructuous.
Permission granted.
