In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that for the land dispute, the accused persons surrounded and assaulted the victim by different weapons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners.

No.35124 of 2020(2) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a close relative. The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
