2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 257-c 2/2018, instituted for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act - 2018.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that total 8.640 litres of illegal wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 8.640 litres of illicit wine has been recovered from behind the house of the Vinod Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Peititoner has no concern either with the alleged recovered wine nor with the place of occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Excise Case No. 257-c 2/2018, he will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -II Cum Special Judge Excise Act-, Begusarai.
