The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 06.05.2022 as pleaded in Para-8 of the bail application. The learned counsel next submits that since the liberty was accorded to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge, hence the present bail application. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37671 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 Sessions Trial No.233 of 2022 arising out of Sahebpur Kamal P. S. Case No.23 of 2021.

However, in the event, if the learned Court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Court below shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons. The application stands allowed.
