JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 In pursuance to the earlier orders of this Court, the encroachment in question has now stood removed completely and ultimately action has been taken by the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad and the District Magistrate, Aurangabad against the erring officials inasmuch as First Information Report has been instituted against the then Circle Officer, Obra, District Aurangabad and the then S.H.O. - Khudwan Police Station, and they are also stated to have been put under suspension. It is also stated that departmental proceeding has also been initiated against the said two officers and the same would definitely be taken to its logical conclusion, expeditiously. Patna High Court CWJC No.4493 of 2018(10) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 District Magistrate, Aurangabad have explained the circumstances under which an incorrect affidavit was filed before this Court regarding status of removal of the encroachment, which is accepted and the rule is discharged. As far as the petitioner is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that now all his subsisting grievances have been redressed.
In such view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
