JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 14-08-2019 Having heard Ms. Manisha Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Bhardwaj, learned AC to GA-13, we are of the view that the complaint made by the petitioner as regarding encroachment on the public road stands explained in the map so enclosed with the counter affidavit filed today which does not persuade us to continue with the matter for we do not find any issue of encroachment therein.

The writ petition is disposed of.
