This modification application has been filed seeking modification in the last paragraph of order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62848 of 2021 as 'ACJM-8' in place of 'ACJM-4' .

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that inadvertently in the prayer portion of petition of Cr. Misc. No.62848 of 2021 name of the court 'ACJM-4' has been typed in place of the correct name as 'ACJM-8', accordingly, the same error occurred in order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40682 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 62848 of 2021, therefore, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, in the last paragraph of order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62848 of 2021 in the portion of satisfaction, the words 'ACJM-8' be read in place of 'ACJM -4' and the period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of this order. Remaining parts of the order shall remain intact.
