Petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Kanti P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
