2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, total 231 shipments of mobile phone and electronic devices of worth Rs. 27,14,370/- were got missing from the hub of Instacart Services Private Limited, Sortation Center (Flipkart), Amhara, Patna.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that except the confessional statement of the coaccused person, that is too not leading to recovery, there is nothing

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Danapur/ concern Court in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. After accepting the bail bond, the learned Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any case other than the present one, his bail bond shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
