The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No.37 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that apart from section 354B of the Indian Penal Code, all other sections under which the FIR has been instituted are bailable in nature and there is omnibus and general allegation against altogether seventeen persons named in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13645 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Ramesh Kumar Das @ Ramesh Das, Kamal Das @ Kamal Deo Das, Gopal Das, Shipal Das @ Dhipal Das @ Shiv Pal Das, Rubi Devi and Domni Devi, who are reported to have no criminal antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Saba Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Hasanganj P.S.Case No. 37 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
