2. In view of the materials brought on record, learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that the grievance of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3068 of 2017 dt.15-02-2018 2/2 stands redressed, except for less payment of 19 days under the head of unutilized Earned Leave.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Registrar of the University giving full facts and also enclosing supporting documents to show his entitlement to payment of 190 days instead of 171 days granted to him under encashment of Earned Leave. If the same is filed within one month from today, the Registrar of the University shall look into the matter and get the same verified from the official records and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If anything further is required to be paid in terms of the order to be passed by him, the same shall be paid within the next four weeks.

4. It goes without saying that all payments would be with the admissible statutory interest.
